"German battle rifle developed specifically for the use of the Fallschirmjger airborne infantry." - Offical In-Game description.The FG42, or 'Fallschirmjager Gewehr 42' (lit. parachute hunter rifle 42), is a fully-automatic rifle in Call of Robloxia 5. The FG42 was created in response of German Fallschirmjager troops carrying nothing more than pistols, because MP40s and MG42s were too cumbersome for troops to handle. The FG42 features a semi-bullpup design, and fires the 7.92x57mm cartridge. Another unique feature is that the FG42 is open bolt when fired in full auto, and closed bolt when fired semi-auto. This was done in order to prevent a malfunction of the gun known as a 'cook-off', when the gun fires until it runs out of bullets, even if there's no finger on the trigger, because the barrel becomes hot enough to ignite the powders within the bullet. There were two versions produced during WW2; the Ausführung E and the Ausführung G variants. The Ausführung G is the variant depicted in-game.

The FG42 is more akin to a LMG, and has the Bipod attachment, the only Rifle to have it.
- Telescopic Sight (2.0x sight that is designed for long range encounters; slight zoom increase)
- Bayonet (replaces knife. press 'e' to poke at targets further away. press 'f' to swipe with the bayonet)
- Bipod (eliminates recoil when prone)
- Flashlight (illuminates dark areas while blinding enemy players)

- The Telescopic Sight on the FG42 is remniscent of the ZF4 scope, used on the Ausführung G variant.
- The FG42 has the highest DPS of all primary guns in the game, at 390.42-468.5 DPS, with the Type 100, PPSh-41, and M1 Thompson coming in 2nd.
- It is the only gun in the game that can pair the Suppressor and Bipod together with Overkill.
- The gun model is based off the Ausführung G variant, yet it shares its rate of fire with the Ausführung E variant.
- This is the only Rifle to have a Side loading magazine, like the Sten and Type 100.
